I am using below script of generate PDF when a user submit the google Form.

I want to send email to the user based on three requirements:

Subject of the Email - I want Subject of the Email as "Daily Transaction Report - Name of Outlet - Date of Report... When user submit report of a outlet, the name as well as date of report should be changed each and every time.

Body - Body should also contain the Name of Outlet and Date of Report whenever user submit the form
-
Name of PDF should be DTR - Name of Outlet - Date of Report ... I am able to bring Name of Outlet and Date of Report once user submit the form... but specific letter i cannot bring.
Please guide.
from Email Body and Subject and PDF File Name based on Cell Value and Specific Name
