Api responding too late only for some routes loopback on browser

I am using loopback "loopback-connector-mongodb": "^1.18.1"

I have few routes working fine and the response time is very quick (both with the postman and browser) and at that time I am using user collection to generate my Authorization token and saving it to localStorage.

After that I login with customer's collection, I am generating new token and setting it to localStorage and calling api's but now the api taking to much time(taking time with browser but works well with postman) to respond.

I am sure there is some settings/configuration on backend in loopback js which is not allowing the customers collection. Can someone please help to get me out of this.

the issue is also may be due to axios is giving response in 20 sec, but same api with same request payload is giving response in 6 sec from postman
