questions for chromebook to support android app

I am giving support of Chromebook to my app. I have some questions

1. I need to know the shelf position (left, bottom, right). Does anyone know how to get shelf position programmatically?

2. Also need to know that shelf is showing or not(if Autohide shelf is on)

3. Does anybody know that in android, how to detect that Chromebook is in tablet mode or in laptop mode? (if the Chromebook is a laptop)

4. Chromebook is what? tablet or laptop?

5. How to detect Chromebook supports any other apps custom keyboard?
