For the time being, I cannot upload the Instant App and the full app anywhere in the Google Play Store. Is it still possible to test upgrading the Instant App to a full app locally using adb? I'd need to test that the data of the Instant App is properly migrated to the full app.
I've tested first installing the Instant App from Android Studio (with the Instant App option) and then installing the full app on top of it using a standard adb install. However the resulting "full app" is still an instant app, not a normal app, and it cannot be launched normally (from an icon).
