FENICS: strain modeling of square grid with incompressible fluid in its holes

Let's assume there is a square grid with size 1m x 1m in 2D. Grid is composed of holes 0.08 m and thickness of wall around each hole is 0.02 m. Hence, there are 10 x 10 holes in the grid. Each hole is filled with incompressible fluid. Is it possible to model this system using Fenics? Without the fluid in holes, it is a simple elasticity problem and should be possible. But how to solve with fluid using FENICS?
