I am working on an application which requires live video streaming from a camera device(could be an android device or some dash camera) to another device.I tried pubnub video chat demo application but it requires both the devices to accept the joining request which i don't want.
The scenario is like this :
1. Both the devices needs to be connected somehow (be it a signalling protocol or wifi)
2. After connection, when the camera is started (the dash camera or the device camera) the streaming should start onto the other device .
what are the possible approaches to achieve this?
I have developed the same application in android with the help of wifi manager and encoding and decoding of video streams but this takes a lot of time to initialize and even lags a lot in transferring and streaming to the other device.
