Ionic app Crashes on After First Page Change on Android

My Ionic app Crashes on First Page Change on Android That means First Page Open SuccessFully .Although when I Change WebView Implementation to latest version of chrome in developer option it works fine.Also its not working on older version of chrome and Android System Webview.
