Full screen notification in flutter

I am making a taxi booking app using flutter. When a user books a taxi the vendors get the notification about the booking and then he decides whether he wants to confirm the booking or not. What I want is that the vendor gets a full screen notification. How can I achieve this in flutter. I am currently using fcm notifications. Please help me!
